1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ILAW Lesson Plan AI ("the Service", "we", "us") at ilawlessonplan.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers of the Service.
2. About the Service
ILAW Lesson Plan AI is an AI-powered tool designed to help Filipino teachers generate complete lesson plans and Daily Lesson Logs (DLL) aligned with the MATATAG K-10 Curriculum and Senior High School (SHS) curriculum of the Department of Education (DepEd) Philippines, per DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026.
The Service allows users to:
- Generate AI-assisted lesson plans for Grade 1 to Grade 12, all subjects
- Download lesson plans as .docx (Word) files for teachers
- Generate a separate PowerPoint (.pptx) lesson presentation to present to students — teachers can freely add to or edit the slides
- Access curriculum-aligned templates for K-10 and SHS (all strands: HUMSS, STEM, ABM, GAS, TVL)
- Generate lesson plans in Filipino/Tagalog for Filipino subjects automatically
3. Account Registration & Free Trial
3.1 Registered User Free Trial
After creating a free account, you receive one (1) free lesson plan generation as a registered user. This is a preview only — downloading the lesson plan as a .docx file, or generating the PowerPoint (.pptx) lesson presentation, is not included. A paid subscription is required to download and to generate additional lesson plans after the trial.
3.3 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your full name and a valid email address. Your registered email is essential — it must be included when submitting payment proof for subscription activation. Providing a wrong email will delay or prevent activation, and we are not responsible for that delay.
3.4 Password & Security
Passwords must be at least 8 characters. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Each account is for a single user only — sharing accounts is not permitted.
4. Token System & How Deductions Work
💡 What is a Token?
A token is a usage credit that comes with your subscription. Tokens are consumed whenever you use an AI-powered feature — generating & downloading a lesson plan (one combined charge), generating a Learning Activity Worksheet, or generating a PowerPoint lesson presentation for learners — and each action is charged at its own token cost. Tokens are not money and have no cash value; they simply track how many actions you have remaining in your subscription period.
4.1 Token Allocation

4.2 Token Deduction Per Action
Tokens are charged per action, and each action has its own token cost (shown below). Actions are always counted separately — doing multiple steps, or generating multiple items, uses multiple tokens. The number of tokens an action costs is enforced on the server, so it is the same no matter what your browser or the on-screen counter shows.

♻️ Worksheet and presentation charges are automatically refunded if the AI generation fails after the tokens were reserved.
• Review the generated output before clicking Regenerate — each Regenerate click costs 1 token.
• Only generate the PowerPoint lesson presentation when you actually need slides for your students — it is charged separately from the lesson plan.
• Edit the plan manually instead of regenerating when only small changes are needed.
4.3 How the Deduction Works
- When you trigger a chargeable action, the system checks your subscription status and remaining balance.
- If Token Limit − Tokens Used > 0, the action proceeds.
- On success, your used count increases by 1 and your remaining balance decreases by 1.
- When your balance hits 0, all further actions are blocked until your subscription is renewed and tokens are reset by the admin.
4.4 Token Limit & Reset
- Your token limit is set to 30 per subscription period.
- Tokens are reset manually by the admin upon confirmed subscription renewal — there is no automatic monthly reset.
- Unused tokens from a previous period do not carry over.
- The admin may adjust token limits (e.g. add bonus tokens from referrals) at any time.
4.5 Token Non-Refundability
Tokens already consumed by a successful generation or download are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with an output, you may regenerate — this will use additional tokens. The only automatic exception is a failed worksheet or presentation generation: because the cost is reserved before the AI runs, those reserved tokens are automatically returned to your balance if the generation fails after being charged. This automatic refund applies only to genuine generation failures and cannot be used to reclaim tokens for outputs that were produced successfully.
4.6 Authoritative Pricing Page
Token and pricing information displayed on the Subscribe page (ilawlessonplan.com/ilaw_v2/subscribe.php) is the authoritative and most up-to-date source. Prices shown on other pages of the site (blog posts, pop-up modals) may not have been updated and should not be relied upon. Always check the Subscribe page for current pricing before paying.
5. Subscription & Payment
5.1 Current Subscription Fee
The current subscription rate and token allocation are displayed on the Subscribe page at ilawlessonplan.com/ilaw_v2/subscribe.php. This page is the single authoritative source for pricing. Any prices shown elsewhere on the site are for reference only and may be outdated.
5.2 Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via the following methods as shown on the Subscribe page:
- GCash — number displayed on the Subscribe page
- MariBank — account number displayed on the Subscribe page
5.3 Activation Process
- Send the correct payment amount via your preferred method shown on the Subscribe page.
- Take a screenshot of your payment receipt.
- Send the screenshot plus your exact registered email address to our Facebook page.
- Admin will manually activate your subscription and reset your tokens within 24 hours on business days.
5.4 No Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must manually resubscribe and submit a new payment each period.
5.5 Refund Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable once a subscription has been activated and tokens have been granted. If your tokens were not activated due to an error on our part, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
6. Referral Program
Registered users may share a unique referral link to invite other teachers. You earn +5 bonus tokens added to your token limit each time a person you referred subscribes to a paid plan.
- Referral rewards are credited once per referred subscriber and are non-reversible once applied.
- Bonus tokens are added to your limit, not your current balance, and follow the same non-refundable rules as subscription tokens.
- Self-referrals (creating duplicate accounts to earn bonus tokens) are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension without refund.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
7. AI-Generated Content
7.1 Nature of AI Output
Lesson plans generated by this Service are produced using AI. While we strive for accuracy and curriculum alignment, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated references. Teachers are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated lesson plans before use in the classroom.
7.2 AI Declaration Requirement
Per DepEd Order No. 3, s. 2026, any lesson plan created with AI assistance must include an AI Declaration. Our generator automatically includes this declaration in every output. However, you are responsible for ensuring the declaration accurately reflects how you used the AI tool before submitting to your school.
7.3 DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026 — Transitory Period
Per Section 23 of DepEd Order No. 16, s. 2026, teachers may still use the old DLL/DLP format during Term 1 of SY 2026–2027. Full ILAW compliance is required starting Term 2. We do not guarantee that generated lesson plans will meet every school or division's specific local requirements.
7.4 No Reselling of Generated Content
Lesson plans generated by the Service are for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not resell, redistribute for profit, or commercially exploit AI-generated lesson plans produced through this Service.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal educational purposes. You must not:
- Share your account credentials or allow other people to use your subscription tokens.
- Create multiple accounts to exploit free trial generations.
- Attempt to manipulate, bypass, or exploit the token system or generation limits by any technical means.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to generate lesson plans in bulk.
- Resell or commercially redistribute AI-generated lesson plans without our written permission.
- Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.
- Use the Service to generate content that violates DepEd policies or Philippine law.
9. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, branding, source code, and other materials underlying the Service are the intellectual property of ILAW Lesson Plan AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these materials beyond what is expressly permitted under these Terms.
AI-generated lesson plan outputs are provided to you for personal educational use. You retain responsibility for any edits you make to the generated content.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- Generated lesson plans will be error-free or fully compliant with the latest DepEd guidelines, division memoranda, or school-specific requirements.
- The Service will be available uninterrupted at all times.
- AI-generated content will perfectly match your specific class context, learner profile, or teaching style.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ILAW Lesson Plan AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or its generated content.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Abuse the token system, free trial, or referral program.
- Are associated with fraudulent payment activity.
- Have been inactive for an extended period at our discretion.
Suspended or terminated accounts are not eligible for token or subscription refunds. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspension except in cases of serious violation.
12. Privacy
We collect your name, email address, IP address, and usage data (grade level, subject, generation logs) solely to operate and improve the Service. Specifically:
- Your email is used for account identification and subscription activation.
- Your IP address is used to enforce free trial limits.
- Generation logs (grade, subject, timestamp) are used to monitor service usage and improve AI outputs.
Your information is not sold to third parties. Payment processing is handled directly between you and your payment provider (GCash / MariBank) — we do not store or process payment credentials of any kind.
By using the Service, you consent to this data collection as described above.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
